What's the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is covered in the United States.
For other countries, shipping cost is from $30 to $35.
When should my pre-orders arrive?
For pre-orders, we have an estimated delivery date on our website. Once we finish the production, we will ship them to you and send you an email notification for tracking.
You can also find the estimated delivery date on your confirmation email and on your Votarun account.
If you can’t find the estimated delivery date of your pre-orders, please contact us. We are glad to assist you.
Why does my pre-orders arrive late?
If your pre-order is not delivered within the estimated delivery date, you can do two things:
- Check your email inbox and spam to see if we have sent you a heads-up about anything unexpected happened in production or shipping that leading to a longer time of waiting.
- If you don’t find anything from us in your email, please get in touch with us so that we can take a closer look.
For in-stock orders, when will my order be shipped?
For in-stock orders, it will take 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.
If your order hasn't shipped after 3 business days, please reach out to us for assistance.
Why does my order stuck in the custom?
Customs clearance is completely beyond our control, as are any delays resulting from inspections by the customs authorities.
As only the recipient of the package can make an inquiry with the local customs authorities, for any details regarding the process and its due date, we kindly ask you to contact them directly using the tracking reference number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Do I need to pay custom fees?
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:
- Country/location of origin of the purchased product
- Local VAT rates
- Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
Return & Exchange
How can I return my order?
We are proud to offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all products. You can return or exchange the items you purchased if the item is unworn, undamaged, and tags not removed within 14 days from the date of delivery. We do not charged restocking fees (or any other fees).
You can initiate a return by emailing support@votarun.com along with:
- The items you wish to return
- Your order number
We will provide you with a shipping label if you live in the US. For addresses outside of US and for an already exchanged item, you would need to ship the returns back to us.
After your return has been received and inspected (2-3 business days), we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product, and whether or not the return has been approved for a refund. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded (in the event that you paid for shipping).
All approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the return is processed to be posted to your account.
How can I exchange my order?
You can initiate a free exchange (up to two times) by emailing support@votarun.com along with:
- The item name and your desired size
- Your order number
We will provide you with a shipping label, if you are in the US. For addresses outside of US, you would need to ship the package back to us.
After your exchange has been received and inspected (2-3 business days), we will start processing your exchange item(s). Generally, your exchange package will be shipped in 3 business days after the inspection is complete.
What if my order is damaged or faulty upon delivery?
Although a lot of care is made with the production and design of our products, we always want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you believe that an item you have received from Votarun is faulty, not of acceptable quality or unsafe, please email support@votarun.com with this information:
- Photos that clearly show what you believe to be faulty about the product
- Proof of purchase of the item
Any unclear photos and/or a proof of purchase that does not clearly show the date and the location of purchase will not be accepted.
Once we have received this information we will then process your request as quickly as possible to determine whether the product is faulty.
*Please note that not all issues are faults of the product. Some instances can be caused by general usage of the product or if the product has not been handled in accordance with the care instructions - and as a result, may not be determined as faulty.
Can I return my purchase for sample sale?
Yes! You can return your order for sample sale within 7 days after receiving it. However, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for sample sale. Also, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
How to place order in our store?
- Browse through our collection online and click the product you wish to purchase.
- Select your size based on size chart.
- Add items to your shopping cart.
- When you are ready to check out, enter a shipping address.
- Choose a shipping method.
- Enter any promo code you may have received.
- Enter payment information and billing address.
- Place the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
For pre-order that is not shipped, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to modify your order, we will check the production status to see if we can fulfill your requests.
For in-stock order that is not shipped, you can contact us before shipping for modification and cancellation.
For order that is shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to return the product.
How to create an account?
You won't need an account to shop with us. We give you the option to check out as a guest or to sign up.
However, creating an account allows you to:
- Come back anytime and easily check out without having to fill in your details again.
- Track your orders.
- Stay up-to-date with new season launches and any special events.
To create an account simply click "Account" in the top right hand corner of our site. You will then be given an option to register an account with us.
